Chad Weigle

Chad came to Hawaii on vacation 20 years ago, and never left. “Once I arrived, I thought, “Why would I live anywhere else than this spot?” I have been here ever since.”

A father of three, Chad appreciates the sense of “ohana” that is found here on the Big Island. “I love the family atmosphere and how everyone takes care of each other. What a great place to raise a family!” Another factor that Chad considers a major plus to island life can be summed up in one word- “The WEATHER! It’s always great!” Chad, his wife Holly, and their extended family take advantage of this whenever they can. “My favorite memories on the Big Island include our many holiday hikes- we love to find new spots to check out.”

Real estate was not always in Chad’s plans, but after taking a class and talking with Hawai’i Luxury Listings founder and principal broker, Johnny McElree, Chad realized that he too was motivated to help others find their dream homes on the Kohala Coast. “Johnny has helped many people make their dreams to live in Hawai’i come true, and it is my goal to do the same”.

Chad and Johnny met when Johnny came to the Big Island on vacation, and decided to live his own dreams here - much as Chad did 20 years ago.
